Hotel Vista

Location and modern look!

Room smelt like mold, checked a friends room and his was just as bad. They force you to shut off your AC to save electricity when you are not in the room. Also dinner buffet was expensive and food was cold! Staff was very rude! Never staying here again!!

Great location

We had problem with the hot water and AC

Clean and comfy

Television, it is quite hard to use.

Location , cleanliness and the staff

It’s an area of improvement to look into the breakfast menu as it’s so diverse but the bread some times is not fresh and the food tags to mention the Halal food

Location is at the city center. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Pool is big and clean. My big family had a great time there.

Location

Slow internet,Old swimming pool, less parking lot, manual TV cannot access to internet

Very clean, nice club suite room with access to complimentary lounge,Staff very warm and friendly

Clean hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Location Close to beach. Fish restaurant lovely.

Pool sunbeds were often closed incase of rain (that didn't come)"

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, central location, gym, pool room. Close to the sea, ten minutes walk from the mall.

Very good location, great housekeeping, nice breakfast options and welcoming and helpful staff (Khun Jackie and Nong Bank - thank you for your kindness)

Location is extremely good, you are able to walk to terminal 21 or take a tuktuk to central pattaya mall easily. Hotel is also convenient to reach from North Pattaya Bus Station. Beds were comfortable and clean and the room looks amazing. Hotel Staff were friendly and understood English, and was fast with their responses and solutions when we encountered issues.

Room is not elderly friendly as you have to step up 3 different steps to get from the sink to the bathtub, which isnt good for those with mobility issues. Bath only has rain shower too and no showerhead. Air conditioning was very cold and not easy to adjust so we either turned it off when showering

Great location close to the beach. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained.Wonderfully soft and comfortable beds. The restaurant’s buffet is absolutely fantastic and a must-try.Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

A lot of noise from passing cars and trucks.Elevator music plays in the hallways all night, and you can hear it in the apartment – earplugs are a good idea. The pool is very cold, so we didn’t use it at all.

All the Staff at reception (Lala, Bula, Mail, kait and others sorry I don't remember the names of others), restaurant and service support was wonderful and friendly.

Free pick-up and drop from nearset public transport system (Airport, Bus terminals, Train etc.,)

The hotel is near the beach. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities.

Non

suite room was great normal rooms looked quite simple

pool is in shadow, we didnt see anyone in itbreakfast was poor

Right in the heart of things to do, places to go, places to eat etc. Steam sauna rooms were a bonus. Pool was great. Afternoon tea free of charge on second floor also a bonus. Breakfast excellent. Great choices. Staff were fantastic.

Bathrooms were not suitable for the seniors in our group. Too many steps, need to climb into the bath to shower etc with opportunities to fall. The hotel were advised well in advance of the limitations of some of our guests and should have warned us. Also too far to walk to the beach. One guest could not leave the hotel for the entire stay.

It is very close to the beach ... Beautiful property.Jacky, the manager in particular was very helpful. They were very courteous and nice.

The lighting is a bit dim

Nice clean property. Master suite was very good with clean room and huge bathroom with a bathtub. Nice clean sheets and linen. Pool and gym facilities. Nearby to beach and Pattaya central

Check in was bit delayed

The service was great and the room was clean. Good location, not far from night market, big C, beach, and Terminal 21.

Hygiene issue in the lounge. I saw small cockroaches every time when I visited the lounge. Can’t feel relax in the lounge. The shower head is fixed on the ceiling. Not convenient.

Location of hotel, short walk into "hub" of Pattaya, although not used on this visit the facilities (pool, gym) looked good

Time for the hotel to upgrade its room TV - the TV's are not "Smart" with limited access to additional apps!
